Description

Embark 2024, which will begin in Casablanca on Monday, May 27, 2024, and will end in Jerusalem on Tuesday, June 4, will highlight the Energy & Sustainability inroads Bar-Ilan University has made in North Africa and the Middle East.

Powered by the possibilities of the Abraham Accords, Bar-Ilan has built meaningful partnerships with leading research universities in the greater region. Bar-Ilan President, Arie Zaban, together with Bar-Ilan Professor, Doron Aurbach, one of the world’s preeminent experts on energy convergence and battery storage, will join us in Morocco and Israel.

Highlights:
- Personal Conversations with President Arie Zaban on how Bar-Ilan University is developing Israel and impacting the world
- Discover the heritage of Morocco’s Jewish community, visiting ancient synagogues and historic sites
- Explore the cities of Casablanca and Marrakesh
- Experience the Cooperation born from the landmark Abraham Accords
-Learn about Bar-Ilan’s impact on improving healthcare in the North of Israel and visit Bar-Ilan's Medical School in Tsfat
- Connect with Bar-Ilan University students and scientists
- Explore the latest technologies and innovations in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity
- VIP Visit of the new National Library in Jerusalem.

Mission Cost: $5,000 (per person, double occupancy; includes flight from Marrakesh to Tel-Aviv). Other flight arrangements are not included.
