South Dade Emerging Leadership

Organized in parnership with Federation's South Dade Branch, area synagogues, day schools and agencies, Federation hosts a six-part leadership program for emerging leaders in South Dade. The biennial program is designed to give the next generation the strategic and tactical leadership skills they need to succeed.

Israeli-American Leadership

Organized in partnership with the Israeli–American Engagement Committee, this leadership program focuses on the growing Israeli-American community in Miami. It is designed to enhance leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and to help develop closer ties between the Israeli-American and the broader Jewish community. Participants learn about the local and national American Jewish community, including demographics, structure, needs, challenges and history.

Elevate Leadership also supports individual leaders in choosing the volunteer opportunities that match their interests and skills. Opportunities for involvement range from governance to hands-on volunteering. Click here to learn more.
