Elevate Leadership Committee

The mission of the Elevate Leadership Committee is to identify, develop, and retain lay leadership who are prepared and energized to further the mission of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Elevate Leadership also serves to support leadership in the agencies, day schools and synagogues throughout the Jewish community.

Elevate Leadership offers varied leadership development learning programs to support the development of lay leadership for Federation as well as other local Jewish organizations. It also works to create a pipeline for future leadership and provides leadership placement services. Our placement activities are more specific to the Federation. There are about 900 community members that lead or actively participate in over 50 Federation committees. These committees drive Federation’s work, including governing, steering, planning, reaching out to the community, and fundraising.
