Federation Program Connects Teens with Mitzvah Projects
Searching for a fun Mitzvah Project to bring greater meaning to your Bar/Bat Mitzvah?
Look no further than the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
Our Young Lion of Judah program can help parents and teens find fun community service projects to perform with friends to improve our Miami community, while at the same time earning vital service hours. Through this program for pre-teens and teens, you can get involved in group service projects across Miami-Dade County organized by Federation. Projects include visiting elderly Holocaust survivors in Miami, delivering Jewish holiday food packages to those less fortunate, participating in Federation phone-a-thons and more.
For information about the Young Lion of Judah program, please contact Laura Rodriguez at 786.866.8680 or LRodriguez@gmjf.org.
