Women's Amutot Initiative 2015 Study Trip to Israel Pricing & Cancellations

We are thrilled to advise you of the details of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation's Women’s Amutot Initiative 2015 Study Trip to Israel. Since space is limited, please be sure to complete and submit the online application in its entirety, along with your deposit of $500 per person, to secure your place.

Your payment for your deposit will be processed upon receipt.

Accommodations
Mamilla Hotel, Jerusalem February 20-23 (3 nights)
Yerucham Holiday Village, February 23-24 (1 night)
Hotel TBD, Tel Aviv: February 24-26 (2 nights)

Payment Schedule
A deposit of $500 per person is due upon registration.
50% of outstanding balance is due by December 22, 2014.
Full payment is due by January 23, 2015.

Included
Land prices are based on standard/superior rooms. Any room upgrades will incur an additional charge and are based on availability.
Price includes: 2 nights in a deluxe hotel in Tel Aviv; 3 nights in a deluxe hotel in Jerusalem; 1 night hotel stay in Yerucham; breakfast daily, 7 dinners and 6 lunches; traveling in a deluxe air-conditioned mini-bus; bottled water on bus; entrance fees per itinerary; medical and accident insurance in Israel; and gratuities.

Not included
Airfare; any meals not mentioned above; any alcohol or wine with meals (unless provided); airport transfers; early hotel check-in if you arrive before the trip; any passport charges; excess baggage charges; any items of a personal nature (laundry, telephone, internet, etc.); anything not mentioned above.

Cancellations
There will be a cancellation fee of $1,000 per person after November 25, 2014. No refunds will be made after January 10, 2015. There are no refunds for any part of the mission cancelled once in Israel.

Travel Insurance: All participants on the Women’s Amutot Initiative 2015 Study Trip are covered for medical insurance while in Israel through The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). There is no trip cancellation insurance covered by JFNA or the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

Note: JFNA and Greater Miami Jewish Federation recommend that all mission participants review their personal insurance coverage needs with their own insurance advisors to determine if additional travel insurance is required. This would cover items such as reimbursement for trip delay, missed connections, sickness and/or accident medical expenses, lost baggage or personal effects, baggage delay, etc.
