Alan J. Kluger, Esq. is a founding member of Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., and a veteran courtroom lawyer whose clients include financial institutions, Fortune 500 corporations, emerging entrepreneurs, major commercial real estate developers and national private equity groups. Focusing on real estate and bankruptcy law and related areas, he has consistently earned top rankings by peer-reviewed publications such as The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA and Florida Super Lawyers. Dedicated to community service, Kluger and his wife, retired Judge Amy Dean, founded and direct the private Dean-Kluger Charitable Foundation. He also is a founder of the University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Center, a trustee of the Miami Chamber of Commerce, a past Board member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, a past President of Florida Hillel Council, and a former member of the Miami-Dade County Community Relations Board. Kluger graduated magna cum laude from Bryan College and received his juris doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Michael T. Moore, Esq. is principal of Moore & Company, and has practiced maritime and aviation law for more than 30 years. He is a past Director of the Miami-based Maritime Arbitration Board, which comprises maritime lawyers and industry personnel; is a past Chairman of The Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee; and is on the Board of Advisors of the Maritime Personal Injury Reporter. He also is a former President of the Marine Council of Florida, was inducted as one of the few lawyer members of the National Marine Banker’s Association, and has written various articles on the subject of marine finance. Moore was appointed to the Miami River Coordinating Commission formed by U.S. Senator Bob Graham and served on the Board of the United States Sailing Center, the official United States Olympic training center in Miami for sailors. He also is actively involved in numerous community and civic organizations, including, but not limited to, the Orange Bowl Committee, United Way of Greater Miami, and the Alexis De Tocqueville Society. He has been a Director and national member of the Executive Board of the United States Coast Guard Foundation and President of the Admirals of the Fleet of Florida, and is former Chancellor of the St. Stephens Episcopal Church. He has frequently been named by legal publications and his peers as being among the best lawyers in Florida and the U.S. Moore earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law.

Mark S. Meland, Esq. is a partner in Meland Russin & Budwick, P.A., a firm he co-founded with Peter D. Russin. An accomplished real estate attorney and corporate and transactional lawyer, he represents financial institutions, private investors, lenders, real estate developers and multi-family housing developers. His practice includes real estate, corporate and transactional matters; condominium, multi-family and mixed-use development; corporate law; bankruptcy law, workouts and receiverships. He is widely recognized as one of South Florida’s premier condominium law attorneys representing developers, building condominium projects, lenders financing development projects and purchasers of debt and distressed projects. Meland serves as general counsel and participates on advisory boards and boards for numerous businesses and charitable organizations. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his juris doctor degree from Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
